Purchase a Skills Package and at your request a Sun Learning Solutions Architect will contact you to help you design the training program your team requires. Sun Learning Solutions Architects can provide you with the latest information on training that will be available in 2010.

Applicable training products include: classroom training, CD-ROM training, web-based training, packages, Live Virtual Class deliveries, as well as certification exams and education consulting services. Third-party training products offered by Sun are excluded.

Save with Volume Discounts

Volume discounts are available when purchasing Skills Packages. To find out about pricing and volume discount options, please contact your Sun representative for details. If any of the following apply to you, then purchasing a Sun Skills Package you save even more money on your upcoming training needs:

• Are you planning on increasing the skill set of your workforce or IT technical teams in 2010?
• Are you interested in spending your 2010 training budget now at discounted rates?
• Are you planning on migrating your Java Developer staff to the next release of the Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE 6)?
• Are you planning on refreshing your Data Centers with new hardware/storage devices?
• Are you implementing new IT projects such as server consolidation, virtualization or server clustering?

Terms and Conditions

• You can use your Skills Package toward the purchase of Sun training products and services listed in in the Web site excluding third-party courses.
• Skills Package(s) are only redeemable in the country in which the Skills Package was purchased.
• Skill Packages can only be used by the purchasing customer by employees of the purchasing organization.
• Skills Package training credit value must be equal to or greater than US$1,000, or equivalent in local currency.
• You must use your Skills Package for Sun training products and services that are delivered prior to the expiration date.
• Skills Package(s) effective date is the date of purchase and the expiration date is twelve (12) months thereafter (one year term).
• Funds in a Skills Package must be used during the one year term.
• Unused funds in a Skills Package at the expiration date are not refundable and can not be used for future purchases.
• Sun's training products, prices, policies and course schedules are subject to change without notice.
• Customer specific discounts do not apply to the purchase or usage of a Skills Package.
• Other Sun promotional offerings do not apply to the purchase or usage of a Skills Package.
• You can use your Skill Package in combination with another acceptable payment method.
• You can not purchase a Skills Package with another Skills Package.
